Medical faculty,Osh State University has been training foreign students since 1992.During the years of its existence the Medical faculty,Osh State University has trained foreign students from more than twenty countries.At present 2751 students are studying at Medical faculty including about 600 students from other countries like Pakistan,India,Nepal,Palestine,Syria,Turkey,Iran,Uzbekistan,Turkmenistan and other countries.The medium of instruction is English and Russian.Foreign Students have a choice to study in english medium or russian medium.so,foreign students don’t have to study at preparatory department,they get admission directly into first year M.D in english medium.all the subjects are taught in English language.on the completion of course,degree of M.D is awarded.,valid and recognized all over the world.

Osh State University maintains an open door admissions policy and constantly strives to provide programs beneficial for students. Applicants are considered for admission without regard to race, religion or national origin.Osh State University welcomes application from foreign students. Medical Institute OshSU is strongly committed to increase opportunities for students, including through and individual consideration of each applicant during the admission process.

For First Year Applicants :

For processing admission into the Medical Institute OshSU the following documents should be sent to the Admissions Office by fax or scanned in E-Mail.-

photocopy of first 4 pages of Your national passport;

copy of Secondary School Certificate;

Filled application form and invitation / visa processing fees paid in the name of the Coordinator of the institute for foreign students. According to this information we will send You the invitation for studying.

For Migration / Credit Transfer Applicants:

Students with Migration / transfer of credit hours are accepted from other institutes,keeping in view the subjects studied at previous institute and the curriculum of MD at Osh State University.For processing admission into the Medical Institute OshSU the following documents should be sent to the Admissions Office by fax or scanned in E-Mail.-

Application and Visa :

The student can apply in any of one the following options:

Print it, Fill it and send us a scanned copy by email to info@medicalteachers.in



1. Once we get your application we shall write back to you with questions , comments and details.



2. We submit Your Application to the admission committee for international students of university.



3. The University will give us the instruction as to accept the application or reject it.



4. If the University instructs to proceed with the admission of student we intimate you.



5. We do all the formalities and send you the acceptance letter from the University.



6. The students remits the tuition fee to the university account directly



7. Once the student transfers the tuition fee then he/she shall pay the processing fee toour Malaysia account. [This shall be Intimated to you in the form of an Invoice]



8. Once the acceptance letter is given to the student the student has to submit his passport copy.



9. Then the student applies for the visa in the nearest Embassy/ Consulate of Philippines in your country.



11. The visa is issued and you notify us of the student’s date of journey.



12. The student travels to Philippines to the nearest airport to the University.



13. University officials and our officials shall be there in the airport to receive the student.



14. He/She is put in hostel of the university.



15. The next day the student pays the tuition fee to the international student department and joins the course.



16. If the student has any problems, our officials are there 24 hours to help the student.

Online Application Procedures

To complete the online application process, you need to follow the four main sections below:

1. Click ‘Apply Now’ button on this page and login, if didn’t have the account, register first.

2. Fill out the online application form with real and correct informaiton, including personal information, education background, language proficiency, etc.

If you’re not sure how to fill out the form, please check if there are any instructions behind the blank.

3. Upload the required application materials

Please upload photocopies of required application materials according to the university’s admissions criteria.
All the materials should be MS-Word (.doc), Adobe PDF (.pdf) documents, image files (.gif, .jpg), or compression files (.rar, .zip). Each file cannot exceed 8 MB (megabytes)

4. Make payment

Students who choose Western Union or Bank transfer as their payment method need to upload the payment receipt after you wire the money at the post office or bank.

5. Submit application

Please submit your application once the application fee is confirmed by Roots Education. To submit your application, please access My Roots Education-> My Applications by logging in Roots Education, click ‘Continue’ at ‘Application Status’ column, and go to the ‘Submit Application’ section. You will see a big ‘Submit’ button. Click the button and your application will be sent directly to the university.

Once you’ve submitted your application, please wait 2-4 weeks for the university to process your application. Once the university has made a decision, Roots Education will notify you by email. You can also track your application status by logging into your Roots Education account.

Offline Application Procedures

The steps for ‘Apply via Email’ are as follows:

1. Choose a MBBS program;
2. Click “Apply via Email” to download the fillable application form and documents;
3. Open forms in MS Word and fill in required information electronically, please make sure the information is accurate and correct to receive your JW 202 form;
4. Send us the completed form and other required application materials;
5. Pay the Application Fee and Roots Education Processing Fee, keep the receipt;
6. Send us the copy of receipt, and the school will process your application once receiving your bank receipt;
7. Check your application process via email periodically, and track with your admission status;
8. Wait for your admission notice from Roots Education within 5 workdays, and the JW 202 form will send to you in 2-6 weeks;
